The Frog & Toad was CAMRA’s Medway Pub of the Year for a record three years. If you like the idea of a traditional pub, then you must visit us.

There are always real ales on tap and bar snacks. It’s a quiet venue with no juke box or fruit machines - just a warm welcome, good ale, and good company.

Come and give us a try - you won’t be disappointed. We are very close to Gillingham High Street, Chatham Dockyard, and the Nelson Brewery which is based at the former naval base. We always have Fuller’s London Pride on tap plus a mild and one or two more guest beers.

As well as real ales we stock many continental ales and lagers, real scrumpy cider, and 30 different Belgian beers. They include several Trappist and Abbey Ales, as well as fruit, honey and smoked beers.

We also have a superb selection of liqueurs and spirits. We hold regular real ale festivals and special event evenings.

Our darts, quiz, and cards teams make sure the pub is always a hive of activity.

We also get football supporters from the away team come and see us before going off to the match.

We are a friendly bunch of staff and work more like family.
